may be off or the ActiveX
control could not load

If your security settings
don't support automatic
ActiveX downloads or
you want to manually
install/update the ActiveX
control; save the following
zip file to your hard
drive (right click and
select "Save Target
As...", un-compress
it, then run the "install.bat"
file.
